These Terms govern your use of Seovara, operated by Alade Web & SEO. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Seovara audits websites, tracks search rankings and competitors, and monitors how AI assistants describe your business, across the plans described on our Pricing page.
2. Important: results are estimates, not guarantees
SEO scores, keyword rankings, competitor comparisons, and AI visibility results shown in Seovara are analytical estimates based on data from third-party providers at a point in time. They are not guarantees of search engine ranking, AI assistant behaviour, or business outcomes. Search engines and AI systems change constantly and are outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, visibility, or increase in traffic or revenue.
3. Your account
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information, including a business name you have the right to use for any local SEO or AI visibility checks you run.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Paystack. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation stops future billing; you'll keep access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period.
6. Refunds
If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription charge, by contacting support@seovara.com. Refund requests after this window, and for subsequent renewal charges, are handled at our discretion.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Seovara to audit or track websites or businesses you don't have the right to assess, to attempt to disrupt or overload our systems, or to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
8. Usage limits
Each plan includes limits on websites, keywords, competitors, and AI visibility checks, shown on your Billing page. We may adjust these limits with notice.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
Seovara is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alade Web & SEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on audit results, rankings, or AI visibility data.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
